¡¡¡¡3¡¢Pre-stage work:The Total Urban Plan of Changde City, Changde Urban Gardens and Greenland System Plan and the Detailed Plan in Chuanzihe Water System Scenery Belt are completed.ª¥
The afforestation construction of Changsheng Bridge-Danyang Road section in the water system was started in 1996,and the 3200-meter long afforestation belt and  an area of 140000 green-land have been formed.Nanhun power drainage station, Liuye Lake, ship wharf and wastewater treatment with the daily capacity of 150 thousand tons, have been constructed in succession.ª¥
¡¡¡¡4¡¢Construction content:Wastewater cut-off project: divide the rain and wastewater to make sure that ¡¡wastewater along Chuanzihe water system go into the wastewater treatment factory fully for treatment.Sludge cleaning project: clean up sludge about 1.66 million cubic meters.ª¥
¡¡¡¡Water diversion works: divert water from Jianhe river to turn the stagnant water into flowing water and clear water.Afforestation and scenic spots: 30-100 meter space along the two sides of the water system is left for afforestation and scenic spots construction. The planned area is 446 hectares.ª¤

Economic analysis:ª¥
¡¡¡¡The land around the water system will become more valuable.It is estimated that 333.3 hectares of land will be compensated and the net profit of 131 million yuan can be achieved from the compensated land.ª¤
