To construct workshops,warehouse,office building and research lab and increase some machines in Changde Private Business Park for the annual production capacity of 1000 light steel structures,150 sets of tower cranes and 10 sets of pile machinery.It covers an area of 66600 (about 100 mu).
Conditions:
Over 10 million cellular structure buildings are completed per year in China and this structure is widely used in aviation building,oil filling station,conference exhibition center and gym with the features of light weight and low cost.Changde Construction Machinery Factory,a specialized manufacturer of cranes and large steel structures designated by the Ministry of Construction,is one of the earliest enterprises getting the production license of cranes in China.The tower cranes produced thereon occupy Chinese markets except Taiwain province and Tibeautonomous region.It is a special equipment in the engineering machines which requires higher accession and obtains the permit for production.In order to adapt to the high building and complex underground structure,the enlarged drill for pile machinery has been designed and manufactured,and used in many projects.And it satisfies the customers.
Economic analysis:
The total investment is 62.53 million yuan including the working capital of 14.15 million yuan.After it is completed,the annual sales income of 115 million yuan,profit of 8.84million yuan and tax of 11.48 million yuan can be achieved with the return period being 5.2 years.
