¡¡¡¡Introduction:

¡¡¡¡Changde Medical Disinfectant Factory is the only manufacturer of medical disinfectant in Hunan province. Since it was put into production in Oct. 1999,over 700 tons ¡°Jieguan¡± brand series disinfectant have been produced, achieving the output of 4 million yuan and profit of over 1 million yuan. In order to meet its demand, a medical disinfectant factory with the annual capacity of 5000 tons shall be established in the Wuling New Industry Area. The annual output in its first stage is 2000 tons.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Market:ª¥

¡¡¡¡Medical disinfectant is the necessary product in hospital, equipment, ground, air and clothing. There are 1163 medical institutions and the total demand for it is 14000 tons. Moreover, it can be used in food processing, restaurant, hotel, furniture, vegetale and fruits for sterilization.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Condition:

¡¡¡¡Closed management in the new industry area will be carried out and the water and power supply can be guaranteed. Changde is one of 9 prefectures with facilities  of plane, train, highway and water way. There are convenient transportation and complete telecommunication facilities.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Economic analysis:ª¥

¡¡¡¡The total investment is 10 million yuan, including fixed assets of 8 million yuan and working capital of 2 million yuan with the annual output of 2000 tons. After it is completed, the annual sales income of 10 million yuan and gross income of 4 million can be achieved with the average profit rate being 40% and return period being 4.5 years. ª¤
