¡¡¡¡Pressently,there is not a large clothing factory in the whole Changde city and the high-class clothing production is almost a blank in the northwestern region of Hunan province except a ramie clothing factory in Yiyang city.Changde city is an old textile industry base in China and there are many textile enterprises near the Qiaonan Industry Park,such as Yunjin Textile Co.Ltd,Dongxin Cotton Industries Co.Ltd,Hualian Light Textile Company and Jiexin Textile Group,but their products are marketed in the coastal provinces.The Great Qiaonan Market is the largest wholesale and retail market for industrial articles in the central south region of China.In 2003,its transaction volume is over 10 billion yuan,including 2 billion yuan of finished clothing.There are many training schools for tailors in Changde and sufficient skilled taolors.The basic infrastructure in the Qiaonan Industry Park is complete,including road,power,water,telecom,telephone etc,and closed management is carried out thereon.

¡¡¡¡The total investment is 10 million USD.After the project is completed,the pure annual profit of 40 million yuan can be achieved with the return period being 3.5 years.ª¤
