¡¡¡¡Presently,there is not a large shoe manufactuer and the high-class shoes manufacturing in the whole northwestern Hunan province is almost a blank.Five one-million-mu projects have been under process in the past a few years,including one million mu forage grass.The output of cattle skin and sheep skin will increase greatly with the development of livestock farming.So the supply of raw materials,such as leather,for high class leather shoes is sufficient.The Qiaonan Industry Park is near the Great Qiaonan Market which is famous in China and the marketing advantage is very obvious.The Great Qiaonan Market is the largest wholesale and retail market for industrial articles in the central south region of China.In 2003,its transaction volume is 10 billion yuan,including 1.5 billion yuan for shoes.The basic infrastructure in the Qiaonan Industry park is complete,including road,power,water,telephone etc,and closed management is carried out thereon.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Economic analysis:ª¥

¡¡¡¡The total investment is 10 million USD.After the project is completed,the annual profit of 40 million yuan can be achieved with the return period being 3.5 years.ª¤
