¡¡¡¡Hunan Chuangye Oriental Electrial Co.Ltd,a share-holding company invested jointly by Hunan Power Corp and Changde Power Bureau for hi-tech power and electronic production,has highly qualified technical personnel and advanced machines.It is mainly engaged in the design,manufacture and mounting of high and low voltage switch cupboard,combination transformer station,transfomer,intelligent charging system,auto system and electronic elements.In order to expand production,the company decides to develop and manufacture electrical products on the basis of broad research.

¡¡¡¡B.Investmentª¥

¡¡¡¡The total investment is 280 million yuan (equivalent to 33.74 million USD)and it covers an area of 100 mu (6.67 ha).Its first stage engineering has been put into operation and covers an area of 2.67 ha.The second phase engineering will covers an area of 4 ha and 24.10 million USD will be invested.After the second phase engineering is completed,the annual production capacity of electrical products can be 5 million sets.ª¥

¡¡¡¡A.Raw materials (steel and copper) for the project can be purchased locally.

¡¡¡¡B.Changde city is situated in the northwest of Hunan province,150km away from Changsha,capital city of Hunan province,180km away from Zhangjiajie (the national forestry park) and adjacent to Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou provinces,traditionally called the throat and gate to the southwest of China.Its covers an area of 18200 sq km with the population of 6 million.The company is located in the hi-tech industry park of Changde,near national highway 319 on the east and cargo station on the south,10 km away from Changde Airport.Six highways will meet here.Changde-Zhangjiajie highway and Changde-Jishou highway will be open to traffic in 2 years,and Changde-Jingzhou highway and Changde-Yueyang highway will be started in 2 years.The annual average temp.is 16.7¡æ and the average total rainfall is 1372mm with the relative humidity of 79 percent and the wind speed of 3.4 meters per second.Its location is high,free of any flood.There are 4 water plants with the daily water supply capacity of 325 thousand £e.The power is supplied by the national electric grid.There are 94 subtransformer stations and 161 power transmission lines ranging from 35 to 500 KV.The annual power supply is 5 billion KWH.ª¥

¡¡¡¡C.Potential.ª¥

¡¡¡¡Electrical products manufacturing is the tertiary industry of power system.During the transformation of the power grids,more and more high and low voltage electrical products are used in the main power grid and large subtransformer station.The profit of the company will grow quickly by utilizing the chance of national urbanization and high speed expansion of power capacity through expanding marketquota and increasing production lines.

¡¡¡¡Including the workshop,factory building,production line,warehouse and marketing networks.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Economic analysis:

¡¡¡¡As the social development and economic growth,the demand for power is increasing and the manufacturing of electric products have to be done.They can be widely used in industry park,residents area,commercial center and high-storey building.It is estimated that the replaced electrical products in China are 125 million sets and 35 per cent of which can be done in our company,i.e,43.75 million sets.After the project is completed,the annual profit after tax of 47.86 million yuan canbe achieved.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Pre-stage work:ª¥

¡¡¡¡The first phase engineering has been put into operation for 1 year and the shareholders have been distributed with much reward.The approval of 4 hectares of land for the second phase engineering have been finished and its levelling is completed.Now its fence wall is under intense construction.The factory area can be extended about 67 hectares.ª¤
