¡¡¡¡Project content:

 

¡¡¡¡1.Project name: Setting up transformer production workshops to produce dry transformers with the annual output of 300 thousand KVA and making Changde a production base for dry transformers in the northwest of Hunan Province.ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡2.The estimated total investment of the project is 30 million USD (RMB 250 million) including fixed assets of 20 million USD and working capital of 10 million USD.ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡3.Construction period: Eight monthsª¤

 

¡¡¡¡Advantages of the project:ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡1. Market: Changde lies in the northwest of Hunan Province and is a political, economical and cultural center of northwestern Hunan. The city is bordered by Chongqing Municipality, Hubei and Guizhou Provinces.  What's more, northwestern Hunan is a key area of the national western development. China has released many favorable policies for the investment in power industry. The rapid development in the northwestern Hunan in the past 20 years leads to a huge demand for transformers. The power transmission lines from Gezhouba Hydropower Station of Yangtze River run through the city, and there is a 500-thousand-volt power substation which can provide the sufficient power for the project in Gangshi.ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡2. Convenient transportation. Highway: National Highway 319 and National highway 207 run through the city proper. The Changde-Changsha expressway has been completed and put into use. Changde-Zhangjiajie expressway is under construction. Railway: It is accessible to Shanghai, Wuxi, Guangzhou, Changsha and other destinations by train and there is a freight railway station in Deshan. By air: There are direct airlines from Changde to Shenzhen, Haikou, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing respectively. It is also very convenient by water.ª¤

 

¡¡¡¡Construction content:

 

¡¡¡¡1.Import the most advanced vacuum resin automatic   pouring equipment with on-line technology from Germany that will greatly increase the production capability of changeable vacuum epoxy resin pouring dry transformers. The performance and quality of the products made with the imported equipment comes up to the advanced world standard, which provides for electric facilities in large cities with the characteristics of environmental protection, energy saving, safety and reliability. At present, on-line technology is the most advanced technology for treating the liquid materials such as resin. Its adoption can finish the procedures of air removal, drying and mixing instantaneously, process raw materials without stop to achieve the continuous preparation of materials and ensure the continuous pouring for the coils in lot production. Processing the raw materials instantly with on-line technology facilities (OTF) will get rid of the defects that the longer time for processing the raw materials will damage the materials with the present technology. The pouring quality and efficiency will be greatly improved comparing with the former machines. The adoption of the double on-line technology facilities has left a development space for new products in the future.ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡2. Import a pouring vacuum-pressure paint soaking equipment for dry transformers. The equipment can be used not only in the single laminated coil paint soaking, but also in the wholly paint soaking for other products. Stainless steel structure for paint transmission is adopted in the §¶1.6 vacuum pressure paint soaking equipment which can process 300 thousand KVA annually, not only reducing the  reserves of insulating paint but also preventing the paint from polluting the environment. The vacuum pressure paint soaking equipment dries up the work-pieces and provides the sufficient space for the soaking of paint and the paint will be completely soaked under the pressure. ª¤

 

¡¡¡¡Market prospect and economic forecasting:ª¥

 

¡¡¡¡1.The application of dry transformers. With the improvement of the people's living standard and rapid economic development, the customers attach much more importance to environmental protection. The rapid increase of power consumption has accelerated the large demand for transformers. Comparing with the oil-soaking transformer, dry transformer has the advantages of non-pollution, small volume and safe fire fighting. The employment of DYN11 wiring and special iron core structure makes it safer. The dry transformer can be widely used in the urban power supply, factories, offices, schools, road lighting, high buildings, residential quarters, etc, suitable for the technical renovation of urban power grid and rural power grid in China.

 

¡¡¡¡3.Analysis of the social effects. The excellent performances and wide usage of the dry transformer can satisfy the various needs of national power companies. It can do what the oil-soaking transformer can't do, which improves the people's living quality and protects the health of the people.

 

¡¡¡¡4.Analysis of the economic profits. After the completion of the project, the estimated annual net profit will be  RMB 7.5 million.ª¤
