¡¡¡¡The section of provincial highway S306 from Changde to Zhoujiadian is designed according to grade ¢ò standard,plain,hilly area.Its total length is 30.288 km,road base width is 11 meters and the designed speed per hour is 80 km with the cement concrete road surface being employed.It was reconstructed in 1999 and finished at the end of 2003.Presently,its daily traffic volume is 4802 and the annual increase rate is 3£¥.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Fund souce:ª¥

¡¡¡¡The tatal imvestment is 15.26 million USD,including the provincial and local investment of 7.24 million USD,loan of 5.59 million USD and fund-raising of 2.43 million USD.ª¤

¡¡¡¡Economic analysis:ª¥

¡¡¡¡The expected period of the project is 22 years,including construction period of 2 years and operational period of 20 years.Its income is 61.41 million USD and the net profit is 61.70 million USD after deduction the cost,tax and income tax. The annual profit is 3.60 million USD with the return period being 11.1 years.ª¤
