¡¡¡¡The total investment is 74.23 million yuan, including the engineering fee of 53.53 million yuan and other spending of 20.70 million yuan. Since 2005, supposing the entrance ticket is set to be 40 yuan each and 500 thousand tourists are taken as a base and the annual increase rate is 15%, the annual total profit of 19.32 million yuan can be achieved with the return period being 7.19 years.ª¤
