¡¡¡¡Songlin Mountain Villa, the first high class hotel planned by the Zone will be constructed at the crossing section of Taolin road at the east of Deshan Park & Shanjuan Road, where there are hills & mounds with height difference of 17 meters a n d flourishing pine trees and silent environment, being called an "oasis" within the downtown area. It's planned to cover an area of 7.3 hectares and water surface area of 2080 sq. meters and a total building area of 37000 sq. meters. About 50 million yuan RMB is needed for one main building, scattered various high class villa type guesthouse with complete facilities of entertainment, dining and shopping. ª¥
¡¡¡¡Deshan is the communication hub and key industry town of Changde city, where the national highway No.207 & 319 meet and it's the end of Changde-Changsha highway and start of the planned Changde-Zhangjiajie highway and the biggest freight station on Shimen-Changsha Railway is situated. Deshan is 5 km away from Changde cit y proper and 4 km away from Taohuayuan Airport. There are over 50 large & medium  enterprises in Deshan and many listed companies, such as Jinjian¡¢Xiangquan¡¢Haili ¡¢Hengan and Jinluo have invested here. Deshan is becoming a new economic growth place for Changde and has an increasing passengers and vehicles coming and going .But there is not a high class hotel in Deshan.ª¤
