¡¡¡¡Changde Great Theatre is planned to construct according to the urban development.It will become a landmark cultural building,recreational activities center and a scenic spot in Changde city.It integrates theater,music,conference exhibition,training and cultural recreation with large scale,special style,complete function and advanced equipment.It is a part of the urban development and supported powerfully by the government.ª¥The total investment is 10.40 million USD.ª¤

¡¡¡¡The population in Changde city is 600 thousand and the floating population is 100 thousand and the cultural demand is great.Changde city is situated in the northwest of Hunan province and on the either bank of Yuanjiang River.It has a larger area,flat land,a crisscross network of water systems and good vegetation,being awarded the honorable title of the national excellent tourism city and the national gardening city.It is adjacent Dongting Lake on the east and the national forest park Zhangjiajie on the west with beautiful landscapes.It has been constructed for over 2000 years with many relics.It has a strong flavour of rivers and lakes.It will become the back garden of Changsha city and the gate and logictic base of the national forest park.Changde Great Theater will be built in Furong Square (a municipal center),beside the main street and the joint of old and new urban area.Changde Great Theater is a key infrastructure project in Changde city and will bring about the development of the tertiary industry,playing an important role in increasing the functions of city,improving the environment and promoting the economic growth.ª¤
